With the changing of the seasons, it’s important to protect your immune system. New temperatures put pressure on the body. Changing seasons leads to new allergies. And staying indoors leads to more contact with germs.

But when you feel a cold coming on, you can seek to sweat it out.

A hot bath or dry sauna could be beneficial to begin the sweating process.

A good at home remedy is to lightly boil for five minutes the following: garlic, ginger, green onion, basil, mustard, or cinnamon. Drink the tea; go to bed and prepare to sweat!
